The hotel has a lovely, clean ambiance and spacious rooms. We appreciated the thoughtful little touches, like a birthday surprise for my son. The lack of kitchen utensils and limited TV options were a bit disappointing. A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a good location.

Pleasant stay, as always. Clean and incredibly beautiful hotel, absolutely perfect location near embassies on st Kilda road. Got well-appointed and neat room with a comfortable bed, great balconies, as example. Attentive and highly courteous staff, free concierge service, wake up service, and ironing. Great to have a signature restaurant for dinner. Good customer care, parking on street.

The room had a lingering smell, probably from the new carpet, which really got worse in the heat. I also struggled with the noisy traffic outside; it kept me up all night. Definitely not a relaxing stay!

The room featured twin beds that were comfortable, along with a well-designed disability bathroom that ensured accessibility without compromising style. Plus, the view from my window was amazing, making each morning feel like a treat.
One minor drawback was the Wi-Fi speed, which could have been a bit faster during peak hours. this was only a slight inconvenience amidst an otherwise good experience.

I had a great Christmas stay! The hotel’s location is super convenient, just a short stroll to lovely parks and restaurants. My room was quite spacious and had a comfy bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud! Plus, the fast check-in made starting my holiday stress-free.
The kitchenettes could use more utensils; I wanted to whip up a simple breakfast but found my options pretty limited. though, it was a pretty solid stay!

Naima's vibe is all about jazz and fresh eats! Their seasonal goodies make every bite a culinary adventure. Plus, the location’s a gem—close to fab cafes like Espresso Riviera and Woods Cafe, making brunch effortless!
A bit of a mix-up with the room and not-so-friendly staff vibes left a sour note. And those TVs?

The air-conditioned room was a lifesaver, ensuring that the scorching Melbourne sun felt like a distant threat. It was like walking into a cool oasis, turning the swelter outside into a mere backdrop—as if the room were an elite ice palace while the world outside was a sweaty summer festival!
Check-in process slow.
